| Dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI drug for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men. Dapoxetine is the only drug with regulatory approval for such treatment. Currently, it is approved for use in several European countries including Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Austria and Germany. Dapoxetine is also being considered for approval in other European countries and in the United States where it is currently in Phase III of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval process. |
Function |
Research has shown dapoxetine to have a benefit in the treatment of premature ejaculation. In a report published in the 'British Journal of Urology' based on data from the phase III trail authors conclude that dapoxetine is well tolerated and found to improve all variables associated with premature ejaculation including reduction of personal distress, interpersonal difficulty and improvement in the satisfaction with the sexual intercourse.
Dapoxetine joins the ranks of erectile dysfunction drugs such as sildenafil, tadalafil , and vardenafil, and some dopamine agonists such as cabergoline and pramipexole, as drugs that can be used to improve male sexual health. Misuse of these drugs as aphrodisiacs or sexual enhancers in individuals who do not suffer from sexual health problems is also a possibility, and there have been some concerns about doctors being pressured to prescribe such drugs off-label to people who do not actually have a medical need for the drug. |

Tadalafil is a medicine used to treat the physical problem of erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men. How to take Super Scifil |
Super Scifil is taken orally when needed between 24 hours and half and hour before sexual activity. Take only as directed, usually once daily as needed. Tadalafil works along with sexual stimulation to help achieve an erection. |
Precautions while taking Super Scifil |
You should have a complete medical history and exam to determine the cause of your impotence before taking Tadalafil. Men who have medical conditions that may cause a sustained erection such as sickle cell anemia, leukemia or multiple myeloma or who have an abnormally shaped penis may not be able to take Tadalafil. There are several medications that are known to interact with Tadalafil, so be sure to tell your doctor about all medications you are taking including those you can get without a prescription. Tadalafil has not been studied with other treatments for impotence, so use in combination with other treatments is not recommended. Limit alcohol intake, as it may aggravate side effects of this drug.To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. The elderly may be more sensitive to the side effects of Tadalafil; therefore caution is advised in this group. |
